Please read this document carefully. It contains your rights, obligations and important information regarding the return of the products you have purchased through this website.

Buyer : Ey-Tay Tekstil customers, who have an active membership on the www.eytay.com.tr website and have made purchases through the website.
Product Exchange Terms
The request for change in the products you buy from Ey-Tay Tekstil is valid only when damaged products are sold and on the condition that it is limited to stocks.
The change request will be applied within 2 (two) business days following the day your order is received and within the framework of the conditions under the heading "Requirements for Products to be Returned" in this document. Since out of stock products cannot be exchanged, the product price will be credited to your account.
Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise its right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the contracted product or products to the person/organization at the address specified during the website membership.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the eytay@eytaytriko.com e-mail account within 7 (seven) days and the product must not be used in any way and its packaging must not be opened.
In case this right is exercised, the original invoice for the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER must also be returned. The product is returned to the SELLER within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal. After the products are checked for damage within the same period, the processes are started within the framework of the "Return Process Stages".
Reasons for Return Except for the Right of Withdrawal
Ey-Tay Textile prioritizes customer satisfaction.
You can return damaged, incorrect and incomplete products within 2 (two) business days following the day you receive your order, provided that the following terms and conditions are met.
If you claim that there are damaged products in the order you received, it is important that you present it to us within 2 (two) working days at most. Otherwise, it will not be accepted that the product was sent damaged from Ey-Tay Tekstil. This application of ours will be implemented within the framework of the rules in the "Conditions to be Required for Products to be Returned" and "Refund" headings in this document.
Conditions to be sought for the products to be returned:
• The product to be returned must not be damaged, unused or damaged as a result of misuse.
•All accessories, carrying bags, special packaging materials, labels, Ey-Tay Tekstil Product Barcodes of the product you want to return must be delivered undamaged and complete with the product.
•When your order is delivered via UPS, DHL, Aramex and FEDEX, you should open your package and check the product with the cargo officer. It is very important to do this, especially with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problem product, you should not take delivery of the package, but keep a report with the cargo authority and ensure that it is returned to us by the cargo company. This condition is also valid for customers using their own private cargo company.
BUYERS who use their own Private Cargo company are responsible for the damages caused by these courier companies and for any costs necessary for the shipping and refund of the product return.
Refund
•Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your refund on your credit card or account.
•Ey-Tay Tekstil cannot be held responsible for when the relevant payment system will refund the BUYER. The legal responsibility of Ey-Tay Tekstil is the date on which the refund order is given to the relevant payment system.
• If there is a delay in the reflection of your refund to your account or credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Transaction Number included in the information e-mail we sent you.
• If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the BUYER. The export, delivery and shipping cost of the returned product, the bank charges to be made for the refund and the commission amounts for other payment systems are borne by the BUYER.
Return Process Stages
1-Customer can request a refund within 7 days, provided that it is limited to the above.
2-The factors that make up the return request and the product photos are notified in detail to eytay@eytaytriko.com by e-mail.
3- During the return process, the E-Commerce Customer Relations Department may feel the need to talk to the Buyer over the phone. Therefore, the Buyer must also provide an accessible telephone number.
4-The return request is evaluated with the preliminary examination made in Ey-Tay Tekstil. This evaluation is detailed in the "Conditions to be Required for Products to be Returned" in this document.
5-The result of the evaluation is notified in writing to the customer's e-mail address.
6-The products that are decided to be returned are not included in the cargo, etc. by the Buyer. It is sent to Ey-Tay Tekstil Returns Address or hand-delivered by issuing a return invoice at its own expense. It will be based on what is explained in the "Fund refund" heading in this document)
7-For refunds, what is explained in the "Money refund" heading in this document will be taken as a basis.
